The product is a modular, platform independent, object orientated system, which impresses by it's user-friendliness and separates itself for the competitors by stability and security. Targeted costumers are small and medium-sized businesses with demand for quality and efficiency.

Used software in companies are splitted into three layers:

• ERP: A Enterprise Resource Planing-System focuses on commercial processes.
• MES: A Manufacturing Execution System focuses on technical processes.
• Production/Automation: This layer generates products and services.

Product features are defined as follows:

• user-friendliness: A graphical user interface enables intuitive use. By focusing on essential functionality makes usage more easy. Various input devices (clients) like Personal Computer, Personal Digital Assistant and powerful mobile phones may be chosen.
• Stability: Defensive programming and centralized data storage (Server) lead to a high stability. Communication loses between server and client (standalone, off line mode) do not effect data entries at client side. After reestablishing connection will the server be synchronised.
• Security: Know-How of innovative customers can be protected by an optionally security-module, only authorized personal gain access. Especially SMB are not able to afford expensive factory security. They are therefore favored targets for industrial espionage. Survey shown, that most company even don't realise that they were attacked. Further exists the possibility to store backups to our server, therefore are shortfalls in production and data loss caused by disasters, like flooding, fire, robbery, hardware failures and similar, put to a minimum.
• disclosed interfaces: Customer risks are reduced by usage of standardized and disclosed interfaces. Integration of existing systems is getting more easy.
• Internationalization: Internationalization and relevant standards requires a excellent language independence of our product. The system is by default a multi language product, the amount of languages is not limited. Base languages are English, German, French.

SMB don't have extensive IT-infrastructure mostly. Our system allows to outsource
these infrastructure, therefore we are able to offer it as service.
The system is platform independent, so a heterogeneous system may be realized.
