In case you cann't find it, get it from here. Check Systeminternals as well.

  • psshutdown, shutdown local or remote host

usage, open command shell, change into directory and exceute fitting command.

 

poweroff remote machine and give aplication time to exit
command psshutdown \\<host> -u <usr> -p <pwd> -k
<host> hostname
<usr> username
<pwd> password
-k poweroff
   

 

poweroff remote machine forced
command psshutdown \\<host> -u <usr> -p <pwd> -k -f
<host> hostname
<usr> username
<pwd> password
-k poweroff
-f forced
